Mission Statement

Bay Area Compensation Association ("BACA") provides monthly meetings both in-person and virtual where members can network and hear speaker presentations on topics of relevance and importance to compensation professionals. BACA also sponsors and co-sponsors education seminars for its members. BACA maintains a website (www.baca-online.org) where members and non-members can review posted job opportunities in the compensation profession and register for monthly meetings or seminars. Members can also use the website to identify colleagues to contact about compensation matters and topics and to access copise of speakers' materails presented during the monthly meetings
