Mission Statement

To promote facilities for use as public parks to buy, hold, lease, exchange, sell and mortgage real estate and personal property and all other powers incident and necessary to the perpetuation of the corporation to acquire, grade and maintain real estate to be used for park purposes and to transfer such real estate at appropriate time to the city of Belleville upon its acceptance thereof.
