Mission Statement

To purchase, or otherwise acquire, divert & store water from streams, water courses, wells or any other source, and to distribute the water to it's members for domestic purposes. To acquire, own, construct, hold, possess, use & maintain pumping plants, tanks, pipe lines, reservoirs, ditches, buildings, roads, trails & equipment, including water rights & shares of stock in other corporations for the purpose of supplying water to it's members.To purchase, or otherwise acquire, construct, improve, develop, repair, maintain, operate, care for and/or dispose of parkways, playgrounds, open spaces & recreational areas & community facilities appropriate for the use & development of community property.
