TO ESTABLISH A GROUP OF MEMBERS WHO LIVE IN OR FREQUENT THE BEULAH AREA WHO AGREE TO VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME TO CIVIC AND BUSINESS GROUPS AND EVENTS WITH COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, MATCHING THEIR SKILLS, INTEREST, AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES WITH COMMUNITY NEEDS IN BEULAH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
