TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR CHRYSALIS MINISTRIES, INC., AN AFFILIATED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT SERVES CURRENT AND FORMER INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES. TAXPAYER PROVIDES SUPPORT THROUGH CASH DONATIONS AND THROUGH THE RENT-FREE USE OF REAL PROPERTY.
