THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE BEXLEY SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING CORPORATION IS TO OPERATE A 40-UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING IN BEXLEY, OHIO FOR LOW INCOME SENIOR CITIZENS. THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES SUBSIDIES UNDER SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENT PROGRAM.
