WITHOUT ASSISTANCE, AS THEY TRANSITION INTO ADULTHOOD, THESE YOUNG PEOPLE FACE EXTREMELY HIGH RATES OF POVERTY, UNEMPLOYMENT, HOMELESSNESS, AND INCARCERATION.
