THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS RAISING FUNDS FOR CHARITIES AND WORTHY COMMUNITY PROJECTS TO PROMOTE CONSERVATION AMONG SPORTSFISHERMEN AND PRESERVE MARITIME CULTURE AND HERITAGE WHILE PROMOTING MARINE EDUCATION.
