THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO PROVIDE INCREMENTAL FUNDS TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE THE BASEBALL PROGRAMS AT BILOXI HIGH SCHOOL AND BILOXI JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN ORDER TO CULTIVATE SCHOOL SPIRIT, SPORTSMANSHIP AND CHARACTER. IN ORDER TO GENERATE THOSE FUNDS, THE CORPORATION WILL ENGAGE IN FOUR PRIMARY ACTIVITIES: 1.MERCHANDISE SALES FUNDS WILL BE GENERATED THROUGH SALES OF BILOXI HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING HATS, TSHIRTS, PULLOVERS, SWEATSHIRTS, ETC.;2.ANNUAL FUNRAISING INCOME WILL BE GENERATED THROUGH DRAWDOWN EVENT;3.SIGN PROGRAM FUNDS WILL BE GENERATED THROUGH SALES OF CORPORATE SIGNS/BILLBOARDS TO BE PLACED ON THE OUTFIELD WALL AT THE HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL STADIUM; AND 4.CONCESSIONS FUNDS WILL BE GENERATED THROUGH THE OPERATION OF THE HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL STADIUM CONCESSION STAND AT EACH OF THE HOME BASEBALL GAMES.
