BVGH drives sustainable, market-informed solutions to improve access to quality healthcare in low- and middle-income countries. BVGH builds cross-sector partnerships that align industry, government, and local health-system priorities to expand access to cancer care, infectious disease technologies, and essential medicines. BVGHs flagship programs focus on strengthening cancer and infectious disease ecosystems through coordinated national strategies, capacity building, and responsible product introduction. Key activities include the African Access Initiative (AAI), which supports countries in developing cancer control plans, expanding diagnostics and treatment capacity, and improving affordability and availability of oncology products.
