WE SOUGHT TO PROVIDE APPROPRIATE SERVICE TO ALL WHO ASKED FOR OUR ASSISTANCE. THE TAX ID # ALSO REMAINS ACTIVE TO REFLECT ADJUSTMENTS MADE TO ASSETS AND LIABILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SKILLED NURSING FACILITY.
