The Black Phoenix Organizing Collective (BPOC) is a membership-based organization dedicated to building an inclusive and empowered future for communities in Phoenix, AZ. The organization's major programmatic areas of accomplishment include: 1. Advancing Disability Justice and Community Wellness including maintaining the BPOC House Resource Hub, weekly free yoga and wellness classes and we keep us safe mutual aid. 2. Political Education and Civic Education including workshops, town halls and informational materials, gender justice and public safety campaigns. 3. Leadership Development and Volunteer Recruitment to support growing our diverse collective of organizers, artists and activists and building relationships for community power.
