Our purpose is to expand access for Black women to pursue careers and opportunities in science, particularly in the areas of ecology, evolution, and marine science. We also provide resources and mentoring to these women interested in pursuing a career in science. We encourage autonomy and create strength within our community to push boundaries and drive innovation. We elevate our voices and contributions in evolution, ecology, and marine science.
