TO COMPILE, STUDY, AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION OF A GENEALOGIC AND HISTORIC NATURE AND TO PRESERVE, PERPETUATE AND PUBLISH THE GENEALOGIC AND HISTORIC HERITAGE OF THE BLAIR COUNTY AREA FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS, SCHOOLS, AND GENERAL PUBLIC
