THIS ASSOCIATION SUPPORTS THE BLANCHARD SCHOOL BAND MEMBERS (STUDENTS). THEY RAISE FUNDS TO ENRICH THE EXPERIENCE OF THE SCHOOL BAND PROGRAM. MOST ASSOCIATION MEMBERS ARE PARENTS AND THE BAND MEMBERS
