Mission Statement

THE ORGANIZATION IS SPECIALLY FORMED AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION UNDER IRC 509(A)(3) TO THE BLICK CLINIC INC., DBA THE BLICK CENTER, WHICH IS A 501 (C)(3) CHARITABLE ORGANZIATION (BLICK CTR). AS A 509(A)(3) SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION, THE ORGANIZATION WILL FURTHER ITS EXEMPT PURPOSES BY CONTRIBUTING ASSETS TO THE BLICK CTR AS DETERMINED, FROM TIME TO TIME, BY THE ORGANIZATION'S DIRECTORS.
