TO PROVIDE AN EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY FOR THE YOUTH OF THE CITY OF BLOOMFIELD HILLS, THE TOWNSHIP OF BLOOMFIELD, AND THOSE ATTENDING SCHOOLS LOCATED WITHIN THE BLOOMFIELD HILLS SCHOOL DISTRICT THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN ORGANIZED SOCCER PROGRAMS.
