THE ASSOCIATION SERVES ITS MEMBERSHIP CONSISTING OF INDEPENDENT BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD MEMBER PLANS THAT OPERATE WITHIN SPECIFIC GEOGRAPHIC SERVICE AREAS.
