TO PROMOTE A LOVE OF JAZZ AMONG INNER-CITY YOUTH WHO MAY NOT OTHERWISE GET AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXPRESS THEIR LOVE AND APPRECIATION FOR THE MUSIC SOURCE; ALSO TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE YOUTH JAZZ EDUCATION.
