The purpose of the Organization is to support the establishment and ongoing operations of a public art museum in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. This includes securing donations to purchase the historic B'Nai Israel Temple building located at 249 South 400 East, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111, and providing financial backing for the museum's continuous operation. The Board Members will lead efforts to solicit monetary donations and oversee their distribution for the acquisition of the property and the museum's financial support. It is expected that Board Members will dedicate ten percent of their daily working hours to activities related to the Organization. Additionally, less than five percent of total donations will be allocated to cover the Organization's operating costs. The Organization's activities, which include financial support of the Museum and the promotion of Art Education for the public, qualify as an exempt purpose.
