THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO SUPPORT THE PUBLIC USE AND ENJOYMENT OF 101 W SANTA CLARA STREET IN SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA, PRESERVING THE HISTORICAL BUILDING THROUGH STEWARDSHIP, PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENTS, AND HISTORICAL COMMEMORATION.
