To direct all donations and other assets of value intended for the benefit of the Boise Philharmonic Foundation Endowment ("Fund") to the Idaho Community Foundation, ("ICF") to be held invested by the ICF; and to determine the amount of yearly distribution from that fund to the Boise Philharmonic Association.
