Enroll pre-kindergarten children living in Jackson, Mississippi to receive monthly free book mailed by non-profit Imagination Library, by actively recruiting enrollments by parents and funding mailing costs of the Imagination Library through funding those costs through that entity's local affiliate, the United Way of the (Jackson) Capital Area.
