FOUNDED AS A VOLUNTEER-LED ORGANIZATION, BARCC CONTINUES TO RELY ON A NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED VOLUNTEER PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES 40 HOURS OF COUNSELOR TRAINING AND ONGOING SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT.
