Boulder Police Foundation's primary purpose is to promote community welfare and safety by strengthening connections and fostering positive interactions between the City of Boulder Police Department and community members, ensuring the department is seen as a welcome and vital part of the community. This includes supporting operations, volunteer and youth programs, public safety initiatives, training, equipment grants, crime deterrence, volunteer recognition, and other charitable or educational efforts to enhance the quality of life in Boulder, Colorado.
