Mission Statement

Boys 2 Gentlemen Leadership, Inc.'s mission is to deliver a continuum of prevention, assessment, intervention, and treatment to at-risk boys/girls by assisting in cultivating new dreams. We will empower them to create a roadmap to make their dreams come true and thus empower youth to grow from Boys 2 Gentlemen and from Girls 2 Young Ladies. We will provide youth with a sense of the future and their place in that future and bridge the digital divide created by poverty. We have six programs dedicated to the social emotional well-being of all youth. We will continue to work with schools to eradicate the school-to-prison pipeline by offering Leadership and Resilience classes five days a week in the Los Angeles area. We address bullying and other social injustices, advocate for inclusion, conduct literacy and life skills programs.
