THE PHILOSOPHICAL FOUNDATION OF ITS MISSIONS IS THE BELIEF THAT PARTICIPATION IN ORGANIZED SPORTS CAN MAKE A SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION TO THE SPIRITUAL, ACADEMIC, SOCIAL, AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH.
