THE BUFFALO ROCHESTER ACADEMY OF SCIENCE SCHOOLS FOUNDATION, INC. (THE FOUNDATION) IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT FOUNDATION THAT HOLDS PROPERTIES FOR THE BUFFALO AND ROCHESTER ACADEMIES OF SCIENCE CHARTER SCHOOLS (THE SCHOOLS).
