TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR THE POOR, DISTRESSED, UNDERPRIVILEGED, INCLUDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. AND TO MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS TO ALLOWABLE ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE IRS CODE.
