TO REDUCE THE STREET CAT POPULATION BY RESCUING AND CARING FOR STRAY AND ABANDONED CATS IN NEWARK AND SURROUNDING AREAS (VETTING AND ADOPTING OUT FRIENDLIES) AND PROVIDING TNVR (TRAP, NEUTER, VACCINATE AND RETURN) TO FERAL CATS, WHILE MAINTAINING AND CARING FOR THEM IN THEIR COLONIES.
