PROVIDE SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT FOR BRIGHT NEW LEADERS FOR OHIO SCHOOLS. BRIGHT IS A PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES AN ALTERNATIVE PATH FOR INDIVIDUALS TO RECEIVE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION LEADERSHIP. THESE INDIVIDUALS WILL BE PLACED IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS WITH A POVERTY PERCENTAGE OF GREATER THAN FIFTY PERCENT.
