THESE ARE NEIGHBORHOODS WITH A HIGH VOLUME OF LOW-WAGE INCOME, WORKING CLASS POPULATIONS WITH HIGH NEEDS, EXPERIENCING HEALTH INEQUITIES THAT UNDERLIE THE DISPARITIES IN COMMUNITY HEALTH AND WELLNESS.
