TO REPRESENT THE MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION WHEN DISCUSSING THEFOLLOWING MATTERS WITH SHERRIFF'S OFFICE: RULES TO GOVERN DISCIPLINE,PROMOTIONS,WORKING CONDITIONS JOB SAFETY,TRAINING,BENEFITS AND WAGES. ALSOASSIST MEMBERS WITH GRIEVANCE ARBITRATION;ADVOCACY FOR SAFE WORKINGCONDITONS WITH SHERRIFF'S OFFICE;ADVOCATE FOR AND PROVIDE TRAINING ANDEDUCATION OF MEMBERS IN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES THAT THE SHERRIFF'S OFFICEHAS SET FORTH FOR OFFICERS.
