Mission Statement

The BTOBA Scholarship Fund, Inc. was formed to raise funds to provide scholarship awards to prospective college students continuing their college education. The scholarship fund is exclusively available to members of the Bridge and Tunnel Officers Benevolent Association. Bridge & Tunnel Officers are NY State Peace Officers that patrol NY City's toll bridges and tunnels. They are a unique group of highly trained men and women who serve and protect the New York metro area motoring public. Their duties include enforcing the laws of New York, firefighting, and other emergency services as well as revenue control and other public service functions for the MTA Bridges and Tunnels.
