Establishing these services with families and their community education, health and social services in local communities using new technology based collaborative tools to individualize a family's request for services. Initial services will include: 1. a private and trusted place to talk to other families with children like theirs, 2. An interactive resource catalog of local, state, national and international services available when the family has a request, 3. A Family and Community Navigator to guide and support building of the family's strength to manage. Service is provided regardless of disease, condition, age, insurance status, time of year, location or any other restrictions or silos imposed on current community services.
