TO PROVIDE A SUPERVISED PROGRAM UNDER THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL, INC. WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE ATTAINMENT OF EXCEPTIONAL ATHLETIC SKILL OR WINNING OF GAMES IS SECONDARY, AND THE MOLDING OF FUTURE CITIZENS IS OF PRIME IMPORTANCE.
