Mission Statement

The purpose of the Corporation is to facilitate exchange between the cities of Baguio, Philippines and San Antonio, TX following the Friendship City Agreement between the two cities signed on October 21, 2022. The corporation seeks to facilitate exchange in the fields of healtcare, education, military, socio-cultural, sports and economic sustainability and economic development and tourism.
