Mission Statement

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ASSOCIATION IS TO MAKE EFFECTGIVE USE OF HIGH CARBON EMISSIONS AND PLAY A KEY ROLE TO ADDRESS THE CHALLENGES OF CLIMATE CHANGE THROUGH DECARBONIZATION. WE ARE AN EFFECTIVE ADVOCATE FOR ENVITONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE, SAFE, RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT DELIVERY OF ENERGY TO HOMES AND BUSINESSES THRUGH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
