California Grizzlies is a development organization that adopts modern practices to organizational oversight, leadership and governance of the sport of rugby in California. California Grizzlies delivers growth initiatives, services and development opportunities for the benefit of the local community. California Grizzlies envisions a future where all youth, collegiate and adult rugby players, coaches, parents, officials and administrators are positive contributors to their local communities. Our aim is to develop better people who make better communities through the positive influences found in the sport of rugby. Success as an organization will be derived from a strategic intent to provide resources to underprivileged communities that would not have access to quality sports training or team play.
