THE MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH STRATEGIC PLANNING, POLICY DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNITY OUTREACH, FUNDRAISING, AND FIDUCIARY ADMINISTRATION THAT ARE GROUNDED IN THE VALUES OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION AND OWNERSHIP, INSTITUTIONAL CONTINUITY, CREDIBILITY, COMMITTMENT, AND RESONSIBILITY.
