OUR YOUTH-ORIENTED SAIL TRAINING PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO BUILD SELF CONFIDENCE, SELF AWARENESS, DISCIPLINE AND THE TEAMWORK AND LEADERSHIP SKILL INHERENT IN BEING PART OF THE SHIPS' CREWS.
