WITH EACH DAY, MORE AND MORE MILITARY FAMILIES ARE COPINGWITH THE MOUNTING BURDEN OF REPEATED COMBAT DEPLOYMENTS AND READJUSTMENT TO CIVILIAN LIVE. INCREASINGLY,THOSE BURDENS INCLUDE TROUBLING MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES AND, INWORST-CASE SCENARIOS, SUICIDAL IDEATIONS/ACTIONS. SAFEGUARDING THEMENTAL HEALTH OF OUR MILITARY MEN AND WOMEN AND THEIR LOVED ONES IS ANIMPORTANT PART OF ENSURING THE FUTURE READINESS OF OUR ARMED FORCES,AND COMPENSATING AND HONORING THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED OUR NATION.
