CANCER SUPPORT SERVICES, INC (THE ORGANIZATION") PROVIDES FREE SERVICES TO MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN FACING ANY TYPE OF CANCER. THE ORGANIZATION INCREASES NATIONWIDE CANCER FIGHTERS' ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE BY PROVIDING FREE OVERNIGHT HOUSING TO THOSE WHO NEED TO BE NEAR AIKEN/AUGUSTA CANCER TREATMENT AND CANNOT AFFORD HOTELS. THE ORGANIZATION FURTHER INCREASES ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE BY PROVIDING GEORGIA AND SOUTH CAROLINA CANCER FIGHTERS CRITICALLY NEEDED TRANSPORTAION TO CANCER TREATMENT. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO GRANTS FUNDS FOR RENT, UTILITY, MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE TO AREA GEORGIA AND SOUTH CAROLINA CANCER FIGHTERS AND HOSPICE PATIENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO AFFORD THESE BASIC EXPENSES.
