TO PROCURE LAND, STRUCTURES, AND SERVICES TO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR MEMBERS OF FIRE DEPARTMENTS IN TOWNS AND DISTRICTS IN BARNSTABLE COUNTY, MA IN METHODS AND MANNER OF COMBATING, CONTROLLING, AND EXTINGUISHING FIRES, THE AFTERMATH OF EXPLOSIONS, RESUSCITATION AND THE SAVING OF LIVES BY LECTURES, DEMONSTRATIONS, AND EXPERIMENTS.
