Mission Statement

CAPITOL CITY LITTLE LEAGUE IS RUN BY AN ACTIVE VOLUNTEER BOARD AND HAS A LONG HISTORY OF PARENTS WHO VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME TO HELP TEACH BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL TO CHILDREN BETWEEN 5 AND 14 YEARS OLD. EACH SEASON, MORE THAN 500 CHILDREN PARTICIPATE IN CCLL THROUGH NUMEROUS BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL DIVISIONS. THE LEAGUE REQUIRES VOLUNTEERS TO PARTICIPATE IN BACKGROUND CHECKS, SAFETY TRAINING, AND POSITIVE COACHING ALLIANCE WORKSHOPS. THE WASHINGTON NATIONALS TEAM UP PROGRAM PROVIDES JERSEYS FOR ALL PLAYERS.
