THE CAROLINA FEDERATION FUND IS A COMMUNITY ORGANIZING, CIVIC EDUCATION, AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO ECONOMIC, RACIAL, GENDER, AND ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE FOR ALL RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA. THROUGH COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING WE WORK TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITIES OF MULTI-RACIAL GROUPS TO ADDRESS LOCAL, STATEWIDE, AND NATIONAL ISSUES THAT IMPACT THE PEOPLE OF NORTH CAROLINA.
