The trained volunteers of CASA of Effingham County work alongside legal and child welfare professionals, educators, and service providers to advocate for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse and/or neglect. These children are under the supervision of the Effingham County judicial system, and CASA volunteers strive to ensure that each child achieves a safe and permanent home.
