CASA OF THE HIGH PLAINS, INC IS A CHILD ADVOCACY PROFRAM WHOSE VOLUNTEERS INVESTIGATE, ADVOCATE, NEGOTIATE, AND MONITOR "CHILDREN IN NEED OF CARE" CASES THROUGH THE JUVENILE COURT PROCESS
