The Cascades Rapids Swim Team is a member-run, family-oriented summer swim team seeking to provide a fun and competitive environment for swimmers in the Cascades community. The team consists of over 225 swimmers (ages 5-18) from approximately 150 families competing in the Colonial Swim League. We are a non-profit club managed by a volunteer Board of Directors who work all year to make sure every swimmer has a positive experience.
