TO RUN, OPERATE, OWN, MAINTAIN AN AMBULANCE OR OTHER VEHICLE CAPABLE OF TRANSPORTING TO A HOSPITAL, OR OTHER MEDICAL FACILITY, THE SICK, DISABLED OR INJURED PERSON AND TO RENDER TO THEM SUCH FIRST AID OR LIFE-SUPPORT SYSTEMS THAT MAY BE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO PRESERVE THE PERSON'S LIFE UNTIL HE REACHES THE MEDICAL FACILITY OR OTHER DESTINATION.
